power stone kh1Power Crystals are only dropped by the Wyvern Heartless, the big giant dragon-looking things. The best place to farm these Crystals would be in the Second District in Traverse Town, because 6-7 Wyvern can spawn .You can craft it in KH1.5 using List III and x5 Power Shards, x3 Power Gems, and x1 Power Stone. The Original KH1 has a different recipe that doesn’t require power gems. just raise your MP as high as you can and summon mushu, hold triangle for the fire command and alternate targets if spotted.also equip Donald, goofy and sora.
